Booking

How do I book?

Use the booking form: pick your vehicle size, package, and any add-ons, and your estimate shows as you go. Then pick an open time. Your confirmation arrives by email right away.

How far ahead can I book?

Times open up to 30 days out. Online booking needs at least 12 hours' notice. If you need us sooner, call or text (309) 886-6845 and we'll see what we can do.

What hours do you work?

7am until dark, seven days a week. It's hard to do the job right in the dark, so every job finishes before sunset. That means fewer evening times in fall and winter (done by about 4pm in December) and later ones in summer (as late as 8pm).

Where do you go?

26 towns across Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, and Marshall counties. Our service area page lists every one. Just outside it? Ask anyway.

Is it CaseCade or Cascade?

CaseCade is spelled with two capital Cs because it's named after its two founders, Case and Cade. It isn't Cascade, and it isn't connected to any business named Cascade. Searching for us? Type "CaseCade Detailing" or go to casecadedetailing.com.

The detail

Do you need my water or electricity?

Yes. We don't carry our own water or power, so we need an outdoor power outlet and a water spigot within reach of where the car will be parked, plus room to work around the car. You confirm both when you book. If yours are somewhere tricky (inside the garage, around back), mention it in the notes.

Do I need to be home?

Not usually. If the car is accessible and unlocked, or you leave a key, plenty of customers are at work while we do it. We send photos when it's done.

How long does it take?

A full detail on a medium-size car usually takes about three hours. Bigger vehicles and heavy dirt or stains take longer. We give you the window when we confirm.

Can you get pet hair out?

Yes. A normal amount comes out with the regular vacuum and is included. Hair worked deep into the fibers needs extraction and real time — that's the heavy pet hair option. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly which one you've got.

How many people come out?

Two. Every job gets a two-person crew.

Weather

What if it rains?

We reschedule at no cost. We won't rush a job in bad weather and hand back something we're not happy with.

What about cold weather?

If the forecast for any hour of your appointment drops below 40°F, we'll let you know ahead of time and work out a new time with you.

Is a detail worth it in winter?

Yes, it's when your car needs it most. Road salt and brine dry onto the paint, wheels and door jambs, and get ground into the carpet and floor mats, where they eat at the finish and leave white stains. A Full Detail gets it off inside and out. We still need every hour of the appointment to stay above 40°F, so winter times depend on the forecast.

Pricing and plans

Why does condition change the price?

A car with heavy dirt, stains, or pet hair takes a lot longer to do right. Light dirt and a normal amount of pet hair are included; heavier condition adds to the base price, and you see it on your estimate.

Is there a charge for driving to me?

Not within 10 road miles of our base in north Peoria. Past that it's $0.75 a mile, and the booking form shows it before you send anything.

How do I pay?

Cash or Venmo, after the work is done. Pay cash and take $5 off any one-time detail. Monthly and seasonal plans are billed to a card.

Do you have plans for regular cleaning?

Yes. The monthly plan is a full detail every month, month to month with no contract. Your monthly price never goes up while you stay on it, and plan members get first pick of times when the calendar fills up. The seasonal plan is four full details a year at 15% off each visit, and we'll remind you when your next season is due.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. A few days after your detail we email you a personal link. When a friend books their first detail with it, you both get $25 off.
