Before we come
Every detail needs an outdoor power outlet and a water spigot near the car. We bring everything else. Driveway, apartment lot or work lot all work if both are there.
Full Detail: about 2½–4 hours. Interior Detail: about 2–3 hours. Exterior Detail: about 1–2 hours, depending on size and condition.
Travel is free within 10 road miles of north Peoria. Past that it's $0.75 a mile, shown on your estimate.

What size is my truck or SUV?
Small: Coupe, compact sedan — Mustang, Miata. Medium: Mid-size sedan, small SUV — Camry, CR-V. Large: Full-size SUV, minivan, pickup — Tahoe, F-150. Oversized: XL truck, van — Sprinter, F-250. Not sure? Pick the closest one and we'll confirm.
How long does it take?
A full detail on a medium-size car usually takes about three hours. Bigger vehicles and heavy dirt or stains take longer. We give you the window when we confirm.
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes. A normal amount comes out with the regular vacuum and is included. Hair worked deep into the fibers needs extraction and real time — that's the heavy pet hair option. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly which one you've got.
Why does condition change the price?
A car with heavy dirt, stains, or pet hair takes a lot longer to do right. Light dirt and a normal amount of pet hair are included; heavier condition adds to the base price, and you see it on your estimate.
Do you need my water or electricity?
Yes. We don't carry our own water or power, so we need an outdoor power outlet and a water spigot within reach of where the car will be parked, plus room to work around the car. You confirm both when you book. If yours are somewhere tricky (inside the garage, around back), mention it in the notes.
