A normal amount of pet hair comes out with the vacuum on any Interior or Full Detail, at no extra cost. Hair that's woven into the carpet and seat fabric needs extraction and real time, so heavy pet hair (or sand) adds $45. For heavy odors like smoke or pets, ozone treatment is $30.

Before we come
Every detail needs an outdoor power outlet and a water spigot near the car. We bring everything else. Driveway, apartment lot or work lot all work if both are there.
Interior Detail: about 2–3 hours. Full Detail: about 2½–4 hours, depending on size and condition.
Travel is free within 10 road miles of north Peoria. Past that it's $0.75 a mile, shown on your estimate.

Questions
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes. A normal amount comes out with the regular vacuum and is included. Hair worked deep into the fibers needs extraction and real time — that's the heavy pet hair option. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly which one you've got.
Do you do sand too?
Yes. Heavy sand is priced the same as heavy pet hair (+$45), since it gets worked into the carpet the same way.
Can you get smoke smell out of a car?
Heavy odors like smoke are what the ozone treatment ($30) is for. It goes on top of an Interior or Full Detail, so the vacuum and shampoo take out what's holding the smell first.
Why does condition change the price?
A car with heavy dirt, stains, or pet hair takes a lot longer to do right. Light dirt and a normal amount of pet hair are included; heavier condition adds to the base price, and you see it on your estimate.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. If the car is accessible and unlocked, or you leave a key, plenty of customers are at work while we do it. We send photos when it's done.
