Before we come
Every detail needs an outdoor power outlet and a water spigot near the car. We bring everything else. Driveway, apartment lot or work lot all work if both are there.
Interior Detail: about 2–3 hours. Full Detail: about 2½–4 hours, depending on size and condition.
Travel is free within 10 road miles of north Peoria. Past that it's $0.75 a mile, shown on your estimate.

Questions
Can you shampoo my seats?
Yes. Seat shampoo and extraction is $15 a seat, upholstery shampoo is $60, and set-in stains that need extra work are another $25. Pick them as extras when you book an Interior or Full Detail.
Will every stain come out?
Most everyday stains (coffee, food, mud, salt) come out with shampoo and extraction. Stains that have been set for a long time, or dye and ink, may lighten without disappearing. Send us a photo and we'll tell you what to expect before you book.
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes. A normal amount comes out with the regular vacuum and is included. Hair worked deep into the fibers needs extraction and real time — that's the heavy pet hair option. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly which one you've got.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. If the car is accessible and unlocked, or you leave a key, plenty of customers are at work while we do it. We send photos when it's done.
Do you need my water or electricity?
Yes. We don't carry our own water or power, so we need an outdoor power outlet and a water spigot within reach of where the car will be parked, plus room to work around the car. You confirm both when you book. If yours are somewhere tricky (inside the garage, around back), mention it in the notes.
